Begin in the dynamic streets of Ho Chi Minh City before venturing into the tranquil landscapes of southern Laos, from the serene Mekong islands to the French-influenced capital of Vientiane. Ride high-speed trains through lush countryside to charming Vang Vieng and the spiritual haven of Luang Prabang, where waterfalls, temples, and sunset cruises await. Then, cross into Vietnam for a flavorful mix of heritage and modern charm—from Hanoi’s rich history and street food culture to the emerald waters of Halong Bay, and finally the lantern-lit town of Hoi An. This tour offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, local life, and unforgettable cultural experiences.
Day 1: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, meet your local guide and transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring Vietnam’s most bustling city known for its lively night markets and vibrant street life.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Fly to Pakse – Khong Island
Enjoy breakfast, then transfer to the airport for your flight to Pakse, Laos. Upon arrival, travel to the peaceful Khong Island for check-in and a relaxing evening at your own pace.

Day 3: Khong Island – Don Khone – Khone Phapheng
Today includes a boat trip to Don Khone, where you can explore by bike and visit the remnants of the French colonial era and the Liphi Waterfall. Continue to Don Det and visit Khone Phapheng Waterfall, Southeast Asia’s largest by volume, before returning to Khong Island.

Day 4: Khong Island – Wat Phou – Fly to Vientiane
Drive to Champasak to visit the UNESCO-listed Wat Phou Temple Complex, one of Laos’ most important historical sites. Then transfer to Pakse Airport for your flight to Vientiane. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for rest.

Day 5: Vientiane City Tour – Train to Vang Vieng
Visit key landmarks such as Wat Sisaket, Wat Prakeo, That Luang Stupa, and Patuxay Monument. In the afternoon, take a high-speed train to Vang Vieng and check in at your hotel.

Day 6: Vang Vieng – Blue Lagoon – Tham Jang Cave – Train to Luang Prabang
Start the day with a scenic hike to Phanam Xay View Point, then enjoy time at Blue Lagoon and visit Tham Jang Cave. Later, board a train to Luang Prabang for an overnight stay.

Day 7: Kuang Si Waterfall & Sunset Cruise Dinner

Day 8: Luang Prabang City Tour – Fly to Hanoi – Street Food Walk
Visit the Morning Market, Wat Xiengthong, and the Royal Palace. Later, fly to Hanoi and enjoy a guided street food walking tour through the Old Quarter, ending with a taste of traditional egg coffee.

Day 9: Hanoi City Tour & Water Puppet Show

Cancellations will be charged as follow:
o 45 days prior to the arrival date: Non Refundable deposit charge and the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
o 44 - 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 30% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
o 30 days - 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees appl
o 14 - 7 days before arrival: Cancellations fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
o Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100% charge per group/booking.
- ** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
- Refund of Unused Services during travelling:

- Liability
Metta Voyage Co.,ltd is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, epidemic or political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Metta Voyage Co.,ltd will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
- Passport and Entry Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
- Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. We can suggest you the insurance carrier case by case.
- Metta Voyage Co., ltd strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
