🌄 Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (L, D)
Rise early for a scenic journey to the highlands!
6:00 AM: Begin your adventure with a hotel pick-up in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Hop aboard a comfortable air-conditioned bus and depart for Sapa.
9:30 AM: Stop for a break along the modern expressway.
1:00 PM: Arrive in Sapa Town, where the vibrant clothing of the H’mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic groups welcomes you. Meet your guide and transfer to your hotel for a refreshing welcome drink and tour briefing.
Lunch: Enjoy a delicious local meal.
Afternoon Trek
2:30 PM: Begin a stunning 9 km trek through the emerald rice terraces and along the Muong Hoa Stream. Visit the Black H’mong village of Lao Chai and continue to the Giay village of Ta Van, surrounded by the magnificent Hoang Lien Son mountains.
Evening at Ta Van
Check in to your rustic yet charming hill tribe bungalow.
Watch the sun set behind the mountains, help your host family prepare dinner, or join fellow travelers at a local bar.

🌿 Day 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Bamboo Forest Trek (B, L, D)
Start the day with culture and cuisine!
7:00 AM: Option to join a Vietnamese cooking class, where you’ll learn how to make dishes like Phở and Nem Cuốn.
8:00 AM: Breakfast with your host family.
8:45 AM: Embark on a gentle 4 km trek through breathtaking landscapes — vibrant rice paddies, whispering bamboo forests, and a sweeping panoramic view of Giang Ta Chai Village, home of the Red Dzao people.
Midday & Afternoon
11:00 AM: Cross the Giang Ta Chai Bridge and return to the main road.
12:00 PM: Return to the bungalow for a warm shower and lunch.
Afternoon: Free time to explore Ta Van or relax with a tea in hand, enjoying mountain serenity.
Overnight in the same bungalow.
🏞️ Day 3: Ta Van Mong – Hang Cung Village – Return to Hanoi (B, L)
Final morning of discovery.
7:30 AM: Breakfast at the homestay.
8:30 AM: Begin a 6 km trek through the lesser-known Ta Van Mong and Hang Cung Villages, showcasing sweeping rice terraces and the unique culture of the Black H’mong people.
Farewell Sapa
11:45 AM: Return to the homestay for a final lunch.
1:00 PM: Head back to Sapa Town to reunite with your tour group.
3:00 PM: Board the bus for the return journey to Hanoi.
9:30 PM: Arrive in Hanoi. Tour ends.

Long treks (up to 9 km) are not suitable for elderly travelers or children under 3.
